The Body Well also features VO2 max testing, a highly scientific way of measuring oxygen consumption, found mainly at top-end training facilities and academic physiology labs. Knowledge of your VO2 max allows us to design exercise programs that fully recruit your body's use of hormones to help you exercise more efficiently, maximizing fat-burning and lean body mass gains.
